Deep Tissue Massage 30/60 minutes $35/$65
sessions begin with ciculatory stokes to warm up and increase
circulation in muscles from there slow, deep stokes are performed
to affect deeper muscle layers. this techique is used
to reduce spasms, pain and promote healing.

Relaxation Massage 30/60 minutes $30/$60
gentle gliding stokes used with light to moderate pressure.
this activates the parasympathetic nervous system and induces relaxation.

Beach Hot Stone Massage 60 minutes/ $75
This treatment combines the massage with smooth oiled and
heated stones over the entire body. the stones are moved in a
continuous fashion and turned in the hands of therapist
periodically during massage to the best heat.

Seated Massage 15/30 Minutes $20/$30
This Massage focuses on the main areas we accumulate stress
and tension(neck, Shoulder and back). Clients sit fully clothed
on ergonomically structure chair while therapist helps
tense muscles and relieve stress$1 minute.
Injury Treatment Massage 30/60 Minutes$45/$25
Specific Techniques are used to ease chonic or acute injury.
among these are friction stokes, trigger point therapy, body
mobilization and myofascial release.$45hr/$25 1/2 hr
